Please forgive me last week I failed to mention in that the Cottage Deli donated the Apple pie for our Apple Pie business of the month for February, thank you Rodger and Lynn. This Month’s Apple Pie Business of the Month is Certified Concrete Construction Co. Inc., Patrick Donovan, owner, located at 253 Concrete Alley, Warne, NC, 828-389-3776. If you missed the Business After Hours on Monday, you missed a great time and a large turnout, once again we were unable to give away any money, Pat Holcomb of Pat’s Designer Inspired Handbags, would have had won, she had been in attendance. So next month’s drawing is up to $100.00. Thank you to Holly and Robert Pullman, owners of The Market and Magic Bean Coffee House for Hosting the Business After Hours along with Co-Host Kara Mejia owner of Cooking with Kara, who provided wonderful samples to show how good whole cooking, can be.
